1. Services
New Horizon Media Group ("NHMG," "we," "our") provides real estate media services including listing photography, video production, drone photography, 3D tours, and floor plans in Columbus, Findlay, Cleveland, and South Carolina's Grand Strand, including Myrtle Beach. Services are rendered under the booking terms confirmed at checkout through our order management system.
2. Booking and payment
Bookings are confirmed when payment is received in full via our secure checkout. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a credit toward a future booking. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee as disclosed at checkout.
3. Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at booking and are subject to order volume and scope. NHMG does not guarantee delivery by a specific time unless explicitly confirmed in writing. Delivery of edited files constitutes completion of the service.
4. Media license
Upon full payment, NHMG grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered media for the marketing of the specific property. Resale, sublicensing, or use for purposes other than the original listing is not permitted without written consent. NHMG retains copyright in all delivered media and may use work in its portfolio, marketing, and promotional materials unless the client opts out in writing before delivery.
5. Property access
The client is responsible for ensuring the property is accessible, prepared, and ready for photography at the scheduled time. If access is denied or the property is not ready, a re-shoot fee may apply. NHMG photographers will not move or handle personal belongings.
6. Drone services
Drone photography is subject to FAA regulations, weather conditions, and local airspace restrictions. If drone services cannot be completed due to airspace restrictions or weather, a partial credit will be applied to a future booking. NHMG is not responsible for delays caused by FAA waivers or temporary flight restrictions.
7. Limitation of liability
NHMG's liability for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in dispute. NHMG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost sales or listing delays.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Franklin County, Ohio.
